2. Products & Orders

  • We offer ethnic and western wear, including kurtis, sarees, salwar suits, lehengas, and more.

  • All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes.

  • We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and COD.

  • In case of a failed or duplicate payment, please contact our support team immediately.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free shipping on all orders.

  • Prepaid orders are usually dispatched the same day.

  • Standard delivery time is 5–7 working days, depending on location.

  • Tracking details will be provided once the order is shipped.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect products, within 3 days of delivery.

  • An unboxing video is required to process return/refund requests.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after quality verification.

  • Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them or before dispatch.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

9. Governing Law
