🛍️ Return Policy

Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery.
Only eligible for wrong or damaged items.
Unboxing video is mandatory for all return claims.
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
Email us at houseofkasturiofficial@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your Order ID and unboxing video.

🔁 Exchange Policy

We only offer exchange for damaged or incorrect products.
Product must be in original condition and packaging.
Exchange shipping fee: ₹150 (includes pickup & re-delivery).
Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving the product.

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only for damaged or incorrect items.
₹100 will be deducted as return shipping charge.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after item passes quality check.
COD orders will require bank/UPI details for refund.
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

❌ Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
